Simple photo upload in user edit (Administrator Backend)

Description: Hi, I want to have a button function under admininistrator-> users_edit page.
the administrator need a solution to upload some user_profile photos. A verification of the photo don´t need. For more details, you can see the screenshot pictures.
Of course, the picture watermark function of the system are required.
